THE ARSENAL ENGINE // SYSTEM ONLINE
Calculate fuel, forge a plan, choose movements, and carry the campaign onto one calendar. Every compartment shares the same saved browser data.
PRIMARY COMMAND // ACTIVE QUEST
Run the workout, record every set, and adjust the selected campaign day without leaving Command.
Set a daily energy and macro target that feeds the planner and calendar.
Generate a weekly split, edit its sessions, and deploy it to the campaign.
Search the armory and send movements directly into the active plan or a day.
See training and nutrition together, complete sessions, and maintain momentum.
UNIFIED QUEST FLOW
COMPARTMENT 01 // FUEL REACTOR
Calculate an evidence-based starting target, then share it with the rest of the machine.
SHARED WORKOUT TARGET
Your Warrior Profile and fuel target will be saved together.
Planning estimate only—not medical advice. Adjust with real progress and consult a qualified professional for clinical needs.
DAILY FUEL LOG
This preview uses a small USDA-compatible sample library. Production can search FoodData Central through a protected GarthUX endpoint while saved foods and totals stay connected to the campaign.
COMPARTMENT 02 // QUEST FORGE
Choose the mission parameters. The forge builds an editable plan from the same exercise armory.
Answer the mission parameters and let the forge build a complete weekly split.
Start with an empty workout, then add only the movements you choose from the armory.
Choose the timer view you need. The overall workout clock and rest countdown keep running together while you record each set.
Set the mission parameters, then generate a full week.
Choose a movement for the active editing target.
Choose the first training date. Saved workouts will be scheduled on consecutive days beginning here.
COMPARTMENT 03 // MOVEMENT ARMORY
Filter the armory, inspect prescriptions, and equip a movement into the current plan or campaign day.
WORKOUT EDITING TARGET
Select the campaign day that should receive this movement.
COMPARTMENT 04 // CAMPAIGN CHRONOMETER
Training, check-ins, and completion records share one tactical timeline.
Your recorded sets and strength trend remain available in the planner and on every calendar day. This summary closes automatically after twelve seconds.
Balanced command layout with cinematic depth.
Use Samsung Health or Fitbit as a reference for activity and body trends, and use a nutrition tracker such as Cronometer, MacroFactor, or another calorie-tracking app to record foods. Then enter your daily totals in the Garthux Macro Forge.
These are tracking suggestions, not active connections. Garthux does not currently sync, import, or share data with Samsung Health, Fitbit, Cronometer, MacroFactor, or another health platform from this page.

The calculator turns personal data into a practical starting point. First, it estimates the energy your body uses at rest. Next, it adjusts that estimate for activity. Finally, it applies your selected calorie goal and distributes those calories across protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
The result is an estimate rather than a prescription. Daily movement, food logging, training volume, sleep, stress, medication, and individual metabolism can all affect real-world energy needs.
By default, the calculator uses the Mifflin–St Jeor equation to estimate basal metabolic rate, or BMR. BMR represents the energy used for basic functions at rest. The equation uses age, height, weight, and the selected sex-based formula.
If you select the body-fat option and provide a percentage, the calculator can instead use the Katch–McArdle equation. That method estimates resting needs from lean body mass. Because consumer body-fat measurements can vary, treat this mode as another informed estimate rather than an exact measurement.
The calculator adjusts BMR for the activity level you select to estimate total daily energy expenditure, or TDEE. Choose the level that reflects your normal week, not your single most active day. If you are unsure, start conservatively and compare the result with two to three weeks of consistent data.
Faster change is not always better. A moderate starting target is easier to evaluate and adjust than an aggressive target that harms energy, recovery, or adherence.
Protein and carbohydrates provide about four calories per gram, while fat provides about nine. The selected macro split converts the daily calorie target into gram targets for each macronutrient.
Choose the preset that best matches your preferences:
Faster change is not always better. A moderate starting target is easier to evaluate and adjust than an aggressive target that harms energy, recovery, or adherence.
Calories establish the overall energy budget. Protein, carbohydrates, and fat show how that budget is built. A personalized target gives you a clearer starting point than a generic meal plan because it considers your body size, activity, and current goal.
Protein supports muscle repair and can help with fullness. Carbohydrates support training and daily activity. Dietary fat supports essential body functions and helps make meals satisfying. A useful plan leaves room for all three while matching your preferences and health needs.
Macro tracking can also make eating more flexible. Instead of labeling every food as good or bad, you can examine how meals fit into the full day. However, the numbers should support your life rather than dominate it.
Signed-in members can review saved nutrition and workout progress on the Garthux user dashboard. The planned XP system awards +100 XP for the first saved Macro Forge result, +50 XP for a daily check-in within goal ranges, and +10 XP for an under- or over-goal check-in. Repeatedly editing the same entry must not award XP again.
Choose the calorie-deficit approach. Prioritize total calories and enough protein, then divide the remaining calories between carbohydrates and fat in a way you can sustain. Review average weight trends, hunger, energy, and training performance before changing the target.
Choose maintenance to begin near estimated TDEE. This is useful when you want to stabilize body weight, practice consistent tracking, or establish a baseline before choosing another goal.
Choose the calorie-surplus approach and pair it with progressive resistance training. More calories alone do not guarantee muscle gain, so monitor strength, recovery, and the rate of weight change.
Use the lower-carbohydrate presets only when they fit your preferences and needs. The custom option lets you create another ratio, but the percentages must total 100%. If you manage diabetes, kidney disease, digestive disease, pregnancy, an eating disorder, or another medical concern, seek individualized guidance before making major dietary changes.
Turn the result into a complete fitness plan: build a personalized workout, explore the exercise library, visit the Garthux Health hub, and review saved progress on your user dashboard.
Keep the references visible as normal page content. Do not hide them in a carousel, popup, or hover-only control.
A macro calculator estimates daily calories and divides them into protein, carbohydrate, and fat targets based on your stats, activity, and goal.
Yes. The Garthux Macro Forge estimates resting energy use and total daily energy expenditure before applying the selected adjustment for weight loss, maintenance, or muscle gain.
They are useful estimates, not guarantees. Activity estimates, body-fat readings, food labels, portion measurements, and food logging all involve error. Use two to three weeks of consistent trends to calibrate your starting target.
No. Aim for a consistent range, prioritize total calories and protein, and use daily check-ins to identify patterns rather than chase false precision.
Start with the split that best fits your food preferences, training, and ability to stay consistent. Protein Focus or Balanced works as a straightforward starting point for many adults, while lower-carbohydrate options are available for people who prefer them. Medical needs should be discussed with a qualified professional.
Not in version one. Use those services as separate references and enter your totals manually in Garthux. Do not share account credentials with another service.
