These Terms of Use govern access to and use of garthux.com, including its articles, accounts, gamification features, exercise library, calculators, workout planners, and other tools.

By using Garthux, you agree to these Terms.

Who May Use Garthux

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically18+ in the U.S.), a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use, where required. 

Educational and Informational Content

Garthux provides general gaming, fitness, exercise, nutrition, gear, and lifestyle information. Content may become outdated as games, software, products, research, and recommendations change.

Garthux content is not a substitute for professional medical, nutrition, legal, financial, or other individualized advice. Read the Health and Medical Disclaimer before using health, exercise, nutrition, or workout information.

Accounts and Security

Gamification, Points, Achievements, and Rewards

GamiPress or related features may award points, badges, ranks, achievements, or progress indicators.

Unless a separate written offer explicitly says otherwise:

  • Virtual points, badges, ranks, and achievments have no cash value.
  • They cannot be transferredm sold, redeemed, or exchanged.
  • Garthux may correct errors, reverse fraudulently obtained awards, or modify features.
  • Manipulating, automating, exploiting, or falsifying activity to obtain rewards is prohibited.

Calculators, Exercise Tools, and Workout Planners

Results from macro calculators, exercise tools, and workout planners are estimates based on the information entered and general formulas or rules. They are not medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or gurantees.

Before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, consider your health, experience, equipment, environment, and professional guidance. Stop and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, faintness, chest discomfort, severe shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Break applicable law or encourage unlawful conduct.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, data, or site administration.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, scraping loads, or disruptive automated traffic.
  • Circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, or privacy choices.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
  • Harass others or submit abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material.
  • Copy, republish, sell, or systematically extract Garthux content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
  • Manipulate points, achievements, forms, analytics, ads, affiliate links, or site metrics.

User Submissions

If you submit content, you retain any rights you hold; you represent that you do not violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Garthux’s original text, graphics, branding, tools, code, layouts, and other materials are owned by Garthux.com and are protected by applicable law.

Game titles, product names, logos, screenshots, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Affiliate Links, Ads, and Third-Party Services

Garthux may display ads and use affiliate links. Garthux may earn compensation when a visitor purchases through an eligible link, at no additional cost to the visitor. Read the Affiliate Disclosure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
